Apprentice 4 Episode Guide

Week One – The teams had to sell fish on a market stall. The boys made massive errors – misidentifying the fish and getting their pricing wrong. Nicholas De Lacy Brown was fired by Sir Alan

Week Two – Elite and Renaissance both had to pitch for, and operate, a laundry business. The girls came unstuck when they lost lots of their washing and couldn’t return it to the customers. Shazia Wazab got the bullet, although it wasn’t really her fault.

Week Three – The teams took control of a pub each and had to run a restaurant and make as much money as possible. The boys made plenty of money but their costs were so excessive that they ended up losing. Ian Stringer tried to pin it on Kevin – the Matt Lucas lookalike – but Sir Alan saw through his excuses and gave him the boot.

Week Four – Each team had to run a photography business at a stand in Bluewater shopping centre. Both teams struggled with the logistics, but Simon Smith particularly fell apart and, with Sir Alan’s regret, was fired.

Week Five – After a mixup of the teams, they were told to go and sell ice cream to retail buyers. Both teams managed good sales, but it was the team led by Lucinda – who for the most part managed to shine – that lost and Lindi was fired by Sir Alan.

Week Eleven – The interview stage. All the candidates got a grilling but it was Lucinda who got fired.

Week Twelve – The final four launched a new brand of aftershave. Claire and Lee beat Alex and Helene, and Lee was hired as Sir Alan’s Apprentice.
